Its been crazy this week- I am a teacher and we are doing national and state tests so no blogging. But I wanted to recap some of the good things I did this week, and things I could improve on:

Lows:
Ate a zillion calories on Friday
Forgot to read my reasons card
Missed the gym 3 days

Highs:
Brought healthy lunch every day
Went to the gym twice
Tracked food on Sparkpeople
Tried to eat more slowly
Didn’t take home leftovers
Rode horses

As long as the highs list is longer, woohoo!
